OUR BOARD
Refilwe Fosu-Amoah
Refilwe Fosu-Amoah is a model, humanitarian, brand ambassador, international title holder, and pageant mentor.
Her recent titles include Mrs Galaxy Africa 2024, the 2023 Galaxy International Ambassador, and Mrs Galaxy South Africa 2022. Besides the Galaxy system, she previously represented Africa in two international pageants; namely Mrs International 2016, as well as at Mrs Universal 2019, where she placed FirstRunnerUp.
Refilwe says pageantry allows her to get involved with community service and charity work. Her initiatives focus on breast cancer and Childhood Cancer Awareness and education. Refilwe is also the face of the HM Pitje Foundation. This foundation is dedicated to transforming lives and communities through the power of education.
Refilwe is happily married and blessed with three beautiful children. In summary, Refilwe Fosu-Amoah is a child of God, devoted wife, loving mother, and a philanthropist at heart.
Paul Henning
Paul joined the MAF SA board in May of 2019.
He is an experienced pilot – having worked with MCC Aviation and currently flying for SA Airlink.
He has travelled to many countries within Africa and his exposure to wildlife has led him to extensive involvement with Natural History Film companies such as BBC Natural History, National Geographic and Animal Planet as a research consultant and ultimately a freelance Director of Photography for documentaries.
On top of this, he has also had experience working as a Part-Time Youth Pastor. Being on the board for MAF SA has combined many of his passions, like aviation, Africa, missions and the Kingdom.
Patrick Black
Formerly a Director at Investec, Patrick Black brings extensive experience in finance and business strategy. His expertise strengthens MAF’s board with sound financial acumen and long-term strategic insight.
